Replacement power cord shipping twice the cost of the power cord

I ordered a replacement power cord for an Accubanker d450 and the shipping was twice the cost of the replacement cord. The replacement cord was about $10 and the shipping $20! In addition, it took two weeks for the cord to arrive. Seems like a money grab.
