Q. Can a counterfeit detection device guarantee the legitimacy of a banknote or credit card?
A. The counterfeit detection capabilities utilized by AccuBANKER are on the cutting edge of technology. Counterfeiters on the other hand, are always looking for ways to bypass existing technology. Therefore, AccuBANKER does not guarantee the genuineness or authenticity of any banknote, currency or credit card. We are, however, constantly striving to stay ahead of the counterfeit industry.

Q. Do I need to service my AccuBANKER product?
A. Yes, however, we have made it easy for you. We have included maintenance guidelines with your unit. Nonetheless, we also offer a complete service package: QuickCare® Service Program provides you with the widest selection of service options that allows your AccuBANKER product to last and be protected for years. Through our OnSite-OnTimeSM, QuickTurn Depot SM, Accuservice, Extended CareSM, and Express SpareSM options, AccuBANKER customers can choose the level of service that best fits their usage patterns.

Q. Do AccuBANKER bill counters recognize/separate/count mixed bills?
A. AccuBANKER does not manufacture these types of bill counters, also known as bill sorters or discriminators. Our bill counters are unable to recognize the type of currency, or value of the bills. However, the machines will show the user the total number of bills counted. The AB6000 model will display the total amount of money after you manually set the denomination value of the bills being processed.

Q. Do AccuBANKER products come with any warranty?
A. AccuBANKER’s products come with a one (1) Year Limited Warranty.

Q. What if I have problems with my machine after the one-year warranty?
A. AccuBANKER can repair out-of-warranty machines. The owner must request a return authorization number (RA#), send the units back to us and we’ll provide an estimate for the repair. The customer can then decide whether within its budget to fix the machine or not. The RA# must be requested at 1.888.594.0950 (technical support toll-free line).

Q. Does AccuBANKER offer wholesale or reseller pricing?
A. We do, through a reseller program. If you are interested in wholesale or reseller pricing, you will have to fill a form and wait for AccuBANKER’s approval. Please send an email with your information to info@accubanker.com, a representative provide you the appropriate business partner application.

Q. Is there any Sales Tax? If so, what percent and for whom?
A. We only charge sales taxes for orders shipped within the state of Florida (7% tax).

Q. How long does it take for delivery? What are the shipping options?
A. We ship within 1 business day. Delivery time varies depending on the type of shipping service requested and your location. We ship via UPS with the following services options: UPS ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air.

Q. What are the shipping costs?
A. Shipping costs vary depending on the model, quantity ordered, chosen service and final destination. Instructions to find the shipping charges:

Go to www.accubanker.com/products, select the desired product and add to cart. You will be directed to the shopping cart page, where you can input the final destination’s zip code and you will be provided with the different shipping options and prices.

Q. What carriers are available to ship my order?
A. United Parcel Service (UPS)

Q. Does AccuBANKER ship internationally?
A. We do ship internationally. For int’l shipping quotes, please send inquires to info@accubanker.com

Q. What credit cards are accepted?
A. Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover

Q. What company name will appear on my credit card bill?
A. Hilton Trading Corp.

Q. Can I pay by cash? If so, how?
A. No cash payments are accepted online; only accepted in person at our main office in Miami, Florida, U.S.A.

Q. Can I pay by check or money order? If so, how?
A. Yes, the check or money order must be sent to our company by mail along with the information of what machine is being purchased, shipping address, and customer’s contact information. As soon as we clear the payment, we will ship the machine.

Q. What is the return policy?
A. If for any reason you aren't satisfied, you can return any AccuBANKER product in its original condition for a refund or exchange for the full amount of the product (Freight charges not included) within 30 days from the date of purchase. Customers must request a Return Authorization Number from our technical support department before shipping the machine for a refund or repair.

If at the time of delivery you refuse the shipment or UPS is unable to deliver the package after 3 attempts and the package is returned to our office, additional charges made by UPS for returning the machine, will be applied to your refund. Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. We can cancel any orders before these are processed and marked in our system as “shipped” from our warehouse. All other cancellations require a Return Authorization Number (RA#), which can be obtained at 1.888.594.0950.
