AccuSERVICE is a complete service program that allows your AccuBANKER product to last for years. Through our Platinum, Gold and Silver AccuService Options, AccuBANKER customers can choose the level of service that best fits their usage patterns.

Every six months AccuBANKER will call you to remind you that we will be sending a replacement machine. Upon receiving your replacement, you simply ship your old money counter back to us with the prepaid return labels provided, and you’re done. It’s that easy... Services included: Two Scheduled Replacements All shipping prepaid	In addition to AccuBANKER’s industry leading silver service option, AccuService Gold affords you the luxury of one additional “On Demand” replacement unit. Upon receiving your call for an “On Demand” service, AccuBANKER will arrange for a replacement to arrive at your door the next business day. Simply send us back your worn or dirty counter with the prepaid return labels provided and you’re done. Services included: Two Scheduled Replacements One “On Demand” Replacement All shipping prepaid	This option offers all the same basic replacement services offered in the silver option as well the piece of mind of knowing that you can count on 2 “On Demand” replacements whenever the need may occur. Simply call us to activate that option and we will arrange for a replacement unit to arrive at your door by the end on the next working day. Send us back the replaced unit with the prepaid shipping labels provided and you’re done. Services included: Two Scheduled Replacements Two “On Demand” Replacements All shipping prepaid

*AccuService Options are only available for AccuBANKER bill counters purchased within the 48 contiguous US states, within the last thirty days, and are renewable for coverage for up to 3 years.

**Additional charges may apply if the bill counter being replaced is not return shipped within 5 business days of receiving the replacement unit.
