Accepting Returns
If for any reason you aren't satisfied, you can return any AccuBANKER product in its original condition for a refund or exchange for the full amount of the product (Freight charges not included). If at the time of delivery you refuse the shipment or UPS is unable to deliver the package after 3 attempts and the package is returned to our office, additional charges made by UPS to return the machine will apply to your refund. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Returning your Product
To return a product to AccuBANKER, follow our three-step process:
- If within the US, call 1.888.993.ACCU for a Return Authorization Code. Write this code on the invoice and send with the product you would like to return. A copy of the invoice can be retrieved by logging into the Client Area and clicking on 'Order History'.
- Place all the original packaging in the box, making sure to including the manual, quick start guide, and warranty card. Place this box in a shipping box, and addressed to:
AccuBANKER 7104 NW 50th Street Miami Fl 33166 - On your invoice, if the price of the item you're returning is listed as:
- Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.*
- More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached AccuBANKER.* (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500.)
Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender. Items that show signs of wear, excessive use or are damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
